Cancellation Policy

Dear Patient,

To help ensure appointment slots are used fairly for everyone, we will be implementing a cancellation policy effective 4 May.

Last-minute cancellations leave empty slots that could have been given to another patient in need of care, and also disrupt our therapists’ schedules.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel by 5:00 PM the day before — no charge
  • Same-day cancellation (first time within 30 days) — no charge
  • Repeated same-day cancellations (more than once within 30 days) — prepayment required for the next booking (only forfeited if you do not attend)

This helps us keep appointments available and ensures every patient receives timely care.
